Once you have completed the download your product has been ‘delivered’!

If you did not receive a prompt to download or an email with instructions (within a few hours), get in touch (link) with us within 5 days of your payment so we may assist you. If you don’t contact us within the first 5 days, we will conclude that you have received your order.
